17. Do you have any folders in your account? (Say yes or no) If so, please supply the folder names separated by commas.
18. Tell us about the sender, topic, and date of the last four read emails in your account. If you have less than four read emails, provide these details for all of them.
19. Do you get any newsletters or join any mailing lists? If so, please provide us with the sender’s information.
