Is your server rejecting your email?

Email rejected by server

If the server does not allow relaying, the system will display the message Email Rejected by Email. As a result of relaying, your approved email message is delivered to a non-local email address. This is a simple problem to overcome. Read and follow the guided setup guidance given below to learn more about how to resolve the server issue causing email rejection.

The server rejected an iPhone email

The following are some of the reasons why the iPhone email was rejected by the server.

  • Incorrect email setup.
  • Entering the incorrect password.
  • Errors in Mail Server Configuration and Firewall Settings
  • Your iPhone’s app contains errors.

1- You can resolve this issue by entering the correct username and account password, as well as configuring the correct incoming and outgoing server information.

2- When configuring, make sure the SMTP option is selected under the Outgoing Mail Server option.

3- Check to see if your system’s firewall or email server setup isn’t blocking your mail server.

4-Modify the firewall and email server settings if that’s the case.

5- To avoid software issues, keep the iPhone device updated.

Bluehost iPhone email rejected by server

  1. To correct this issue, delete and re-add the email address on your iPhone.
  2. If it doesn’t work, look at Bluehost’s SPF record. The SPF record serves as the domain’s administrator.
  3. Avoid using additional connections in the email. If you add more references to the email message, the spam filters can be activated.
  4. If you want to use a signature at the end of an email, keep it clear and short.
  5. Any filters will be activated if the signature is high. Those filters could be looking for issues with HTML code, extra tags, and HTML code copied from Microsoft Word.
  6. Keep the size and quantity of the attachment under the server’s limits.
